Joshua 24:15
“And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”

OSAS=ONCE SEALED, ALWAYS SEALED

Ephesians 1:13 1599 Geneva Bible (GNV)
13 In whom also ye have trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, even the Gospel of your salvation, wherein also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with the
holy Spirit of promise

Rightly dividing the Word is the goal of this article, and it is an
indispensable key to proper understanding of the Bible. The abundance of
scriptural evidence detailed in the third section makes it very clear
that Revelation is doctrine for Israel, which was written to Jews who
believed in Jesus Christ, by an apostle of the circumcision, for direct
application in the prophetic "kingdom" dispensation. At the destruction
of Jerusalem and the temple, God placed that dispensation in abeyance in
70 AD, to be resumed in the future tribulation.

The entire book of Revelation, including chapters 1-3, is deeply rooted in Old Testament
prophecy. It is doctrinally aligned with the epistles of Peter, James,
John, and Jude, all of whom were apostles of the circumcision, as well
as to the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Hebrews, and the Old
Testament.

The dispensation of grace in which we now live is
revealed in Romans through Philemon, our Apostle Paul's letters to the
Gentiles, with Acts being the book of transition between the two
dispensations.

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God,

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast himself.

  2. People who believe they can lose their UNDESERVED GIFT of God's GRACE aren't saved (from having to burn in hell) in the first place.
Satan cannot be saved, because JESUS didn't shed His forgiving blood for (fallen) angels.
The gospel of Grace wasn't yet in effect during the era of Adam and Eve.
But I believe they were sanctified and saved, but in another way than the saved members of the Body of Christ.
You call yourself 'Paint Tank' in public as if you're ashamed to belong to JESUS Christ.
    What's your first name?

    Once Saved Always Saved?

So how did OSAS work for Adam & Eve? Or Satan? You are confusing

GRACE with MERCY. We are saved BY GRACE through FIATH, not MERCY through FAITH.
Grace is God's FAVOR which He extends to the OBEDIENT. MERCY is relief extended
to the afflicted with an effort to relieve it. Pastor Dean had addressed this
    ad nauseam.

  3. Dear sister Stacey, thanks for your response, and I also used to believe that Revelation 4:1 is for us, but since I've read the above in my previous comment some time ago I believe the ENTIRE book of Revelation is not meant for us, but for the Jews.

We learn a lot from the entire Bible, but Romans through Philemon is for us concerning salvation and the prophetic word and doctrine.

Our Savior JESUS will take us away and to where He is right before the start of world war 3, Ezekiel 38/39!
Ezekiel 38/39 is for the Jews and not for the Body of Christ.

    I agree!
I have so many who attempt to frighten me with verses in Revelation...I tell them I'm not frightened one bit, because I know I'm already with my Savior during this time appointed for Israel!
I believe we are gathering is Revelation 4:1

    1. Stacey, the pre-Jacob's Trouble-rapture (as I call it) is NOT in the book of Revelation!
JESUS gave OUR Apostle Paul all the information we need in regards to the rapture.
This is a very good video and I recommend it to you:
002 Discerning The Trumpets (Revelation 1:8-10) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pt87fd1ep9Q (almost 30 minutes)
PS: I'm a former atheist and I always disliked the word 'church' ('kerk' in my language Dutch).
The translators of my favorite Geneva Bible in English were former Catholics, so I forgive them that they used that word so much, but it should be the 'Body of Christ' when we talk about the world wide Body of saved believers in JESUS and 'assembly' or 'congregation' when we talk about a local gathering of saved believers in Christ JESUS.
I also don't like the term 'Christian' because millions call themselves that way who are NOT saved and especially Catholics.
I call myself a follower of Paul on behalf of JESUS or a JESUS Christian, which is shorter.
      I'm a JESUS Christian through Paul! http://ezekiel38rapture.blogspot.com/2015/04/im-jesus-christian.html

The word CHURCH derives from the word CIRCLE or CIRCUS! http://ezekiel38rapture.blogspot.com/2016/09/the-word-church-derives-from-word.html
Should we call ourselves Christian? http://www.letusreason.org/Biblexp312.htm

      @Hans S
I could be wrong, but considering Jesus himself with the voice of an Archangel will call us to meet him in the air it sounds pretty similar. Either way, thanks be to God we will not endure the wrath that will come to them who loved not the truth that they might be saved!
There is a woman on youtube who's entire site is based on Revelation and she teaches that the church that the rapture is in Revelation 12. :(

    2. Stacey, why do I prefer the Geneva Bible?
Because the KJV REMOVED the pre-Jacob's Trouble-RAPTURE from 2 Thessalonians 2:3 and changed it into something else.
      The GLORIOUS DEPARTURE! http://ezekiel38rapture.blogspot.com/2015/08/the-glorious-departure.html

Departure ( Rapture ) Comes First, Man of Sin Revealed - 2 Thessalonians 2:3 http://ezekiel38rapture.blogspot.com/2017/09/departure-rapture-comes-first-man-of.html
The KJV 1611 is DEAD WRONG concerning 2 Thessalonians 2:3
The Geneva Bible 1560 and later versions was the MOST popular Bible in English and it was even printed in large quantities in the Netherlands during that time, so I also consider it to be the best 'Dutch' Bible, even though it's not perfect, and NO translation is.

Before I discovered the Geneva Bible I had already discovered this translation containing the RAPTURE=DEPARTURE:
2 Thessalonians 2:3 World English Bible (WEB) 3 Let no one deceive you in any way. For it will not be, unless the departure
comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of destruction https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2+Thessalonians+2%3A3&version=WEB
The same verse in the Geneva Bible, or better called the REFORMATION BIBLE:

2 Thessalonians 2:3 1599 Geneva Bible (GNV) 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a departing first, and that that man of sin be disclosed, even the son of perdition.

Satan HATES the RAPTURE and that's why the Masonic KJV changed 'departing' (or departure) into 'a falling away', which is the WRONG translation of the Greek word 'apostasia'!
